This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, situated in the heart of Galway city center overlooking a beautiful lake. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities and a typically overpriced minibar. The breakfast, with its lovely views, is a very relaxing experience, with several options to choose from.
Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

This hotel is a great value for money option in Galway. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff provides excellent service and goes out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable, with the main bathroom located downstairs. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, with lovely views over Lough Atalia. The breakfast, included in the rate, is a five-course feast with a variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel's location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and away from the noise. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who assisted us was friendly and helpful.- The room had a great view and was comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities.
The service at the hotel was underwhelming. We experienced long wait times for both food and room service, and the staff seemed indifferent to our complaints.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just behind the bus station on the outskirts of town. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and also for transportation. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfy pillows and some even offer great views over the Corrib. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a relaxing experience. Breakfast was not included in my rate, but it was worth the extra cost as it included a wide array of options and had lovely views.
Everything was ok and there's nothing I would change.

Great location and spacious rooms. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
